objektu k&nbsp;bydlen\u00ed k\u00fa Osek u&nbsp;Ho\u0159ovic, \u010d\u00edslo LV 405 &#8211; je V\u00e1clav Koten , I\u010c: 40889548, se s\u00eddlem N\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed M\u00edru 441, Kom\u00e1rov. <br \/>Ubytovac\u00ed \u0159\u00e1d ubytovny upravuje pr\u00e1va a&nbsp;povinnost ubytovan\u00fdch a&nbsp;ubytovatele v&nbsp;ubytovn\u011b, podm\u00ednky u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;provozov\u00e1n\u00ed ubytovny, jako\u017e i&nbsp;ostatn\u00ed vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed vztahy.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Pr\u00e1vo na ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0penzionu vznik\u00e1 na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b uzav\u0159en\u00e9ho smluvn\u00edho vztahu o&nbsp;ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed mezi ubytovatelem a&nbsp;ubytovan\u00fdm. Smluvn\u00ed vztah je uzav\u0159en, dojde-li mezi ubytovan\u00fdm a&nbsp;ubytovatelem k&nbsp;dohod\u011b o&nbsp;m\u00edstu, kde bude v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci ubytovny ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed poskytnuto, o&nbsp;dob\u011b ubytov\u00e1ni a&nbsp;o&nbsp;cen\u011b za ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed.<br \/><strong>\u2022<\/strong> <\/span><strong>Ubytovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed\u00a0<\/strong><span>m\u016f\u017ee ubytovat pouze hosta, kter\u00e9ho \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b p\u0159ihl\u00e1s\u00ed. Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem p\u0159edlo\u017e\u00ed ubytovan\u00fd pracovn\u00edku ubytovac\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed sv\u016fj ob\u010dansk\u00fd pr\u016fkaz, platn\u00fd cestovn\u00ed pas nebo jin\u00fd platn\u00fd doklad toto\u017enosti<br \/><strong>\u2022 <\/strong><\/span><strong>Ubytovan\u00fd, kter\u00fd je \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161en k\u00a0ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed, d\u00e1v\u00e1 souhlas ke zpracovan\u00ed sv\u00fdch osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0platn\u00fdm pr\u00e1vn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1dem \u010cesk\u00e9 Republiky a&nbsp;souvisej\u00edc\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy EU (GDPR).<\/strong><span><br \/>\u2022 Cena za ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed je stanovena cen\u00edkem vydan\u00fdm ubytovatelem. Cena mezi ubytovan\u00fdm a&nbsp;ubytovatelem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt po&nbsp;vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 dohod\u011b i&nbsp;jin\u00e1 ne\u017e stanov\u00ed platn\u00fd cen\u00edk. Placen\u00ed poplatku za poskytnutou ubytovac\u00ed slu\u017ebu v\u010detn\u011b kauce ve v\u00fd\u0161i 10.000,- K\u010d (za p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 \u0161kody na za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 hosty, kter\u00e1 bude v\u00a0den odjezdu vr\u00e1cena p\u0159i&nbsp;odjezdu) je provedeno okam\u017eit\u011b hotovostn\u00ed platbou p\u0159i&nbsp;p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed k&nbsp;ubytov\u00e1ni. Po&nbsp;dohod\u011b s&nbsp;ubytovatelem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt platba za ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed prov\u00e1d\u011bna bezhotovostn\u00edm p\u0159evodem na \u00fa\u010det ubytovatele.. V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nedodr\u017een\u00ed term\u00ednu \u00fahrady za ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed, kon\u010d\u00ed ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed posledn\u00edm dnem doby, na kterou byla \u00fahrada provedena.<br \/>\u2022 U\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed penzionu je dovoleno osob\u00e1m, kter\u00e9\u00a0<\/span><strong>nejsou posti\u017eeni infek\u010dn\u00edmi nemocemi<\/strong><span><strong>.<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Ubytovatel je povinen p\u0159edat ubytovan\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fd ubytovac\u00ed prostor v\u010detn\u011b jeho p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161enstv\u00ed ve stavu zp\u016fsobil\u00e9m k&nbsp;\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9mu u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a&nbsp;zajistit mu neru\u0161en\u00fd v\u00fdkon jeho pr\u00e1v spojen\u00fdch s&nbsp;ubytov\u00e1n\u00edm v&nbsp;souladu s&nbsp;obecn\u011b platn\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vn\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy.<br \/>\u2022 Host u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pokoj a&nbsp;spole\u010dn\u00e9 prostory (pop\u0159.&nbsp;cel\u00fd objekt) po&nbsp;dobu, kterou sjednal s&nbsp;provozovatelem penzionu nebo jeho z\u00e1stupcem. V&nbsp;den n\u00e1stupu se host m\u016f\u017ee v&nbsp;penzionu ubytovat nejd\u0159\u00edve ve 14 hodin, pokud nebyla tato hodina s&nbsp;provozovatelem nebo jeho z\u00e1stupcem sjedn\u00e1na jinak.<br \/>\u2022 Nebyla-li doba pobytu sjedn\u00e1na jinak, odhl\u00e1s\u00ed host pobyt nejpozd\u011bji do 10:00 hod. posledn\u00edho dne, v&nbsp;t\u00e9\u017e dob\u011b pokoj uvoln\u00ed. Pokud tak host neu\u010din\u00ed, je ubytovatel opr\u00e1vn\u011bn \u00fa\u010dtovat cenu pobytu i&nbsp;za n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed den, nebo hosta bez jeho souhlasu z&nbsp;pokoje vyst\u011bhovat.<br \/>\u2022 V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9ho ukon\u010den\u00ed \u010di&nbsp;p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed pobytu bez zavin\u011bn\u00ed na stran\u011b ubytovatele nevznik\u00e1 tomuto povinnost vr\u00e1tit zaplacenou cenu pobytu, ani jej\u00ed pom\u011brnou \u010d\u00e1st.<br \/>\u2022 V&nbsp;ubytovac\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti objektu je zak\u00e1z\u00e1no chovat nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 zv\u00ed\u0159ata. Psi i&nbsp;jin\u00e1 zv\u00ed\u0159ata mohou b\u00fdt um\u00edst\u011bna v&nbsp;prostor\u00e1ch penzionu jen se souhlasem provozovatele penzionu nebo jeho z\u00e1stupce. Majitel zv\u00ed\u0159ete je povinen na po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed person\u00e1lu pensionu prok\u00e1zat jeho nez\u00e1vadn\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed stav p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00edm platn\u00e9ho o\u010dkovac\u00edho pr\u016fkazu.<br \/>\u2022 V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se vyskytnou z\u00e1vady na vybaven\u00ed objektu je t\u0159eba ihned o&nbsp;tomto uv\u011bdomit ubytovatele, jeho\u017e povinnost\u00ed je tyto z\u00e1vady, dle jejich povahy a&nbsp;charakteru, odstranit a&nbsp;to pokud mo\u017eno ihned. <br \/>\u2022 Ubytovan\u00fd je povinen, v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zp\u016fsoben\u00ed \u0161kody na majetku ubytovatele, mu tuto uhradit na m\u00edst\u011b v&nbsp;hotovosti. Na zaplacenou \u0161kodu m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo si od ubytovatele nechat vystavit p\u00edsemn\u00e9 potvrzen\u00ed.<br \/>\u2022 Za \u0161kody na majetku ubytovan\u00e9ho, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b odcizen\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed ponechan\u00fdch ve voln\u011b p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech penzionu nenese ubytovatel \u017e\u00e1dnou zodpov\u011bdnost, a\u010dkoli ubytovatel prohla\u0161uje, \u017ee d\u011bl\u00e1 a&nbsp;bude d\u011blat v\u0161echno pro to, aby k&nbsp;\u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm \u0161kod\u00e1m na majetku ubytovan\u00e9ho nedo\u0161lo. Za klenoty, pen\u00edze a&nbsp;jin\u00e9 cennosti si odpov\u00edd\u00e1 ubytovan\u00fd s\u00e1m. Majetek ubytovan\u00fdch nen\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn. <br \/>\u2022 Majitel objektu neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 za zran\u011bn\u00ed a&nbsp;po\u0161kozen\u00ed majetku u\u017eivatel\u016f ubytovac\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Odpov\u011bdnost ve vztahu k&nbsp;fyzick\u00fdm a&nbsp;pr\u00e1vnick\u00fdm osob\u00e1m se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed ob\u010dansk\u00fdm z\u00e1kon\u00edkem.<br \/>\u2022 Ubytovatel u\u010dinil v\u0161echna opat\u0159en\u00ed, aby nedo\u0161lo k&nbsp;po\u0161kozen\u00ed zdrav\u00ed ubytovan\u00fdch. Ubytovatel nenese p\u0159i&nbsp;b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m provozu zodpov\u011bdnost za zdrav\u00ed ubytovan\u00fdch. \u017d\u00e1d\u00e1me hosty, aby neponech\u00e1vali sv\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 osoby bez dozoru. Zdrav\u00ed ani \u017eivot ubytovan\u00fdch nen\u00ed ubytovatelem poji\u0161t\u011bn.<br \/>\u2022 Ubytovan\u00fd je v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu pobytu povinen dodr\u017eovat po\u0159\u00e1dek a&nbsp;\u010distotu v&nbsp;rekrea\u010dn\u00edm objektu i&nbsp;jeho okol\u00ed. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee ubytovan\u00fd zp\u016fsob\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, je povinen zajistit jeho odstran\u011bn\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b tuto situaci konzultovat s&nbsp;ubytovatelem.<br \/>\u2022 Je zak\u00e1z\u00e1no jak\u00e9koliv p\u0159em\u00eds\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1bytku v\u00a0cel\u00e9m objektu penzionu i&nbsp;v\u010detn\u011b venkovn\u00edho sezen\u00ed.<br \/>\u2022 Ubytovan\u00fd je v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu pobytu povinen dodr\u017eovat no\u010dn\u00ed klid v&nbsp;dob\u011b od 22:00 hod. do 06:00 hod.<br \/>\u2022 V\u00a0objektu cel\u00e9ho penzionu je p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b zak\u00e1z\u00e1no kou\u0159en\u00ed a&nbsp;rozd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ohn\u011b. Kou\u0159en\u00ed a&nbsp;rozd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ohn\u011b je povoleno pouze v\u00a0m\u00edstech pro tyto \u00fa\u010dely k\u00a0tomu vyhrazen\u00fdch ubytovatelem. Takt\u00e9\u017e je zak\u00e1z\u00e1na p\u0159\u00edprava tepl\u00fdch pokrm\u016f a&nbsp;n\u00e1poj\u016f jinde ne\u017e v&nbsp;kuchyni. V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee dojde k&nbsp;poru\u0161en\u00ed t\u011bchto ustanoven\u00ed, je tato skute\u010dnost d\u016fvodem k&nbsp;okam\u017eit\u00e9mu ukon\u010den\u00ed pobytu bez n\u00e1roku na vr\u00e1cen\u00ed jak\u00e9koliv \u010d\u00e1stky.<br \/>\u2022 V&nbsp;z\u00e1jmu \u00faspor energie a&nbsp;pota\u017emo ohleduplnosti k&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed ubytovatel \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 ubytovan\u00e9, aby v\u00a0zimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed nev\u011btrali dlouhodob\u011b, \u010di&nbsp;za \u00fa\u010delem sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed teploty v&nbsp;pokoji. Pro zm\u011bnu teploty je nutn\u00e9 upravit termostat topn\u00e9ho t\u011blesa nebo se obr\u00e1tit na ubytovatele. P\u0159it\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed vlastn\u00edmi elektrick\u00fdmi nebo jin\u00fdm zdroji tepla je v\u00a0cel\u00e9m objektu p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b zak\u00e1z\u00e1no.<br \/>\u2022 Do prostor penzionu je p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fd z\u00e1kaz vn\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed a&nbsp;skladov\u00e1n\u00ed jak\u00fdchkoliv st\u0159eln\u00fdch, paln\u00fdch a&nbsp;jin\u00fdch zbran\u00ed, jako\u017e i&nbsp;v\u00fdbu\u0161nin a&nbsp;ho\u0159lavin.<br \/>\u2022 Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed objektu nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159em\u00eds\u0165ov\u00e1no a&nbsp;vyn\u00e1\u0161eno z&nbsp;ubytovac\u00edho objektu.<br \/>\u2022 Na pokoj\u00edch nen\u00ed dovoleno u\u017e\u00edvat vlastn\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 spot\u0159ebi\u010de s&nbsp;v\u00fdjimkou t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed k&nbsp;osobn\u00ed hygien\u011b a&nbsp;osobn\u00edch po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f.<br \/>\u2022 P\u0159i&nbsp;ka\u017ed\u00e9m odchodu z&nbsp;penzionu je host povinen uzav\u0159\u00edt vodovodn\u00ed uz\u00e1v\u011bry, zav\u0159\u00edt okna, vypnout elektrospot\u0159ebi\u010de, zhasnout sv\u011btla a&nbsp;zamknout.<br \/>\u2022 P\u0159i&nbsp;odjezdu je host povinen odevzdat kl\u00ed\u010de na p\u0159edem dohodnut\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b. V&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ztr\u00e1ty kl\u00ed\u010d\u016f uhrad\u00ed host n\u00e1klady souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s&nbsp;jejich celkovou v\u00fdm\u011bnou v\u010detn\u011b kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 vlo\u017eky vchodov\u00fdch dve\u0159\u00ed.<br \/>\u2022 Ubytovatel si vyhrazuje pr\u00e1vo vstupovat do pokoj\u016f a&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161enstv\u00ed ubytovan\u00fdch i&nbsp;za jejich nep\u0159\u00edtomnosti, za \u00fa\u010delem proveden\u00ed dohodnut\u00fdch slu\u017eeb, kontroly, odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1vad, prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed oprav a&nbsp;nutn\u00e9 \u00fadr\u017eby, pop\u0159.&nbsp;zabr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed \u0161kody.<br \/>\u2022 Ubytovatel m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo po&nbsp;p\u0159edchoz\u00edm ozn\u00e1men\u00ed ubytovan\u00fdm p\u0159emis\u0165ovat nebo vym\u011b\u0148ovat n\u00e1bytek nebo jin\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed pokoj\u016f a&nbsp;jejich p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161enstv\u00ed, d\u00e1vat v&nbsp;od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech odvolateln\u00fd souhlas k&nbsp;dopln\u011bn\u00ed vybaven\u00ed a&nbsp;u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed el. spot\u0159ebi\u010d\u016f ve vlastnictv\u00ed ubytovan\u00fdch a&nbsp;ur\u010dovat podm\u00ednky pro. jejich provoz. V&nbsp;takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u00e1 ubytovatel pr\u00e1vo po\u017eadovat po&nbsp;u\u017eivateli el. spot\u0159ebi\u010de p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 revizn\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy.<br \/>\u2022 Ubytovatel m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo p\u0159em\u00edstit ubytovan\u00e9 v&nbsp;souvislosti s&nbsp;prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00edm oprav, rekonstrukc\u00ed nebo udr\u017eovac\u00edch prac\u00ed v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci ubytovny do jin\u00fdch pokoj\u016f nebo na jin\u00e9 l\u016f\u017eko, a&nbsp;to po&nbsp;dobu nezbytn\u011b nutnou. P\u0159em\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt ozn\u00e1meno ubytovan\u00fdm s&nbsp;dostate\u010dn\u00fdm \u010dasov\u00fdm p\u0159edstihem.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><strong>Ubytovan\u00fd m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo:<\/strong><span><br \/>1. U\u017e\u00edvat pokoj a&nbsp;jeho p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161enstv\u00ed, kter\u00fd mu byl k&nbsp;ubytov\u00e1ni poskytnut, jako\u017e i&nbsp;\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b u\u017e\u00edvat spole\u010dn\u00e9 prostory ubytovny a&nbsp;u\u017e\u00edvat slu\u017eeb, jejich\u017e poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed je s&nbsp;ubytov\u00e1n\u00edm spojeno.<br \/>2. Odstoupit od smlouvy p\u0159ed uplynut\u00edm dohodnut\u00e9 doby. To se nevztahuje na ubytovan\u00e9 na z\u00e1klad\u011b smlouvy s&nbsp;t\u0159et\u00ed osobou.<br \/><\/span><span><br \/><strong>Ubytovan\u00fd m\u00e1 povinnost:<\/strong><\/span><span><br \/>1. V&nbsp;souladu s&nbsp;dobr\u00fdmi mravy a&nbsp;s&nbsp;t\u00edmto ubytovac\u00edm \u0159\u00e1dem \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b u\u017e\u00edvat pokoje a&nbsp;spole\u010dn\u00e9 prostory ubytovny a&nbsp;zdr\u017eet se bez souhlasu ubytovatele prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed jak\u00fdkoliv zm\u011bn \u010di&nbsp;\u00faprav.<br \/>2. Zaplatit ubytovateli dohodnutou cenu za ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;term\u00ednu stanoven\u00e9m t\u00edmto ubytovac\u00edm \u0159\u00e1dem.<br \/>3. Neodkladn\u011b ozn\u00e1mit ubytovateli zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 z\u00e1vady, ztr\u00e1ty, \u010di&nbsp;jak\u00e9koliv jin\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed nebo \u0161kody na u\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9m vybaven\u00ed v&nbsp;pokoji nebo spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch. Pokud ubytovan\u00fd neprodlen\u011b na sv\u016fj \u00fa\u010det neodstran\u00ed \u0161kodu, kterou zp\u016fsobil s\u00e1m nebo jeho n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bva, provede tuto \u00fapravu za n\u011bho a&nbsp;na jeho n\u00e1klad ubytovatel.<br \/>4. Umo\u017enit ubytovateli vstup do pokoje a&nbsp;jeho p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161enstv\u00ed a&nbsp;umo\u017enit tak prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed oprav, \u00fadr\u017eby, v\u00fdm\u011bnu vybaven\u00ed a&nbsp;za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a&nbsp;prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed slu\u017eeb spojen\u00fdch s&nbsp;ubytov\u00e1n\u00edm.<br \/>5. Po&nbsp;ukon\u010den\u00ed ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed vyklidit a&nbsp;p\u0159edat p\u0159evzat\u00fd pokoj a&nbsp;jeho p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161enstv\u00ed ubytovateli, a&nbsp;to nejpozd\u011bji do 10.00 hod. Uhradit zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 \u0161kody, ztracen\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed, \u010di&nbsp;za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pokoje a&nbsp;jeho p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161enstv\u00ed, vr\u00e1tit kl\u00ed\u010de.<br \/>6. Sledovat a&nbsp;\u0159\u00eddit se pokyny ubytovatele vyv\u011b\u0161en\u00fdmi ve vstupn\u00ed hale a&nbsp;v&nbsp;ostatn\u00edch prostor\u00e1ch ubytovny.<br \/>\u2022 Uhrazen\u00edm z\u00e1lohy \u010di&nbsp;cel\u00e9 ceny pobytu bere objednavatel tento ubytovac\u00ed \u0159\u00e1d na v\u011bdom\u00ed a&nbsp;souhlas\u00ed s&nbsp;n\u00edm.<br \/>\u2022 Ka\u017ed\u00fd ubytovan\u00fd je povinen sezn\u00e1mit se s&nbsp;t\u00edmto \u0159\u00e1dem jako\u017e i&nbsp;s\u00a0ostatn\u00edmi provozn\u00edmi, bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmi \u010di&nbsp;proti po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy ve\u0159ejn\u011b p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00fdmi v\u00a0objektu penzionu a&nbsp;dodr\u017eovat jej. Odcizen\u00ed nebo po\u0161kozen\u00ed ru\u010dn\u00edch has\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f je trestn\u00fdm \u010dinem kvalifikovan\u00fdm jako obecn\u00e9 ohro\u017een\u00ed. Ubytovatel m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo na z\u00e1klad\u011b n\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e9 hrub\u00e9ho, nebo opakovan\u00e9ho poru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed ubytovac\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du pr\u00e1vo ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed zru\u0161it okam\u017eit\u011b bez n\u00e1hrady.<br \/>\u2022 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed zdrav\u00ed a&nbsp;majetek (poru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f PO, vyhazovan\u00ed p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f z&nbsp;oken),<br \/>\u2022 hrub\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, fyzick\u00e9 a&nbsp;slovn\u00ed napad\u00e1n\u00ed ubytovan\u00fdch a&nbsp;person\u00e1lu,<br \/>\u2022 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, vlastn\u00edch elektrick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f a&nbsp;za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bez v\u011bdom\u00ed a&nbsp;souhlasu ubytovatele, zejm\u00e9na vlastn\u00edch elektrick\u00fdch nebo plynov\u00fdch zdroj\u016f tepla,<br \/>\u2022 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se neslu\u010duj\u00ed se z\u00e1sadami ob\u010dansk\u00e9ho a&nbsp;spole\u010densk\u00e9ho sou\u017eit\u00ed,<br \/>\u2022 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy mimo n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00ed dobu a&nbsp;n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy neohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9,<br \/>\u2022 Ubytovatel si vyhrazuje pr\u00e1vo k&nbsp;prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed jak\u00fdchkoli zm\u011bn \u010di&nbsp;dopln\u011bn\u00ed tohoto ubytovac\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du.
